PSTA “State of Transformation” survey: talk to us about public services!
The Public Service Transformation Academy and The Public Sector Solutions Expo have come together to survey the current state of public services and the state of transformation — and we need your input. ‘The ‘transformation’ of public services, while a highly overused and abused notion, has never been more vital. We need a productive conversation about what really works, so that we can help each other out of the crisis.
By completing the survey you will be a key part of this process. The PSTA will launch a report at the second annual conference on 23 May 2019 to help practitioners identify good practice to ‘steal with pride’, and share cutting-edge thinking about the state of transformation. The Public Sector Solutions Expo will launch a state of the sector insight report at its annual event in London on 25 June 2019, where practitioners will be able to learn best practice, network with peers and engage with expert suppliers.
The deadline for responses is 28 February 2019 and we encourage you to share the survey as far and wide as you can — after you’ve completed it yourself, of course!
