Given the challenging times we’re facing, we’re beginning a series of free online learning events for people working in local, civil, health and VCSE sectors starting with “how-to” webinars led by subject-matter experts on:

- planning and responding to the crisis, 2pm 31st March
- leading organisational change 11am 31st March

- driving whole systems change: Date TBD (there is a £40 charge pp for this webinar to help cover our costs)

Leading and managing remote teams, 11am 2nd April
This webinar will cover some of the most common virtual team challenges and solutions:
- communication (including setting context)

Planning and responding to the crisis, 2pm 31st March

Leading organisational change 11am 31st March
- five core leadership practices – honest conversations, clarity, learning, culture shaping, and intent

- Principles for complexity-aware strategy
- Test out ‘patterns of strategy’ – proven systemic approaches to work in your context

- A dynamic working system for you to pose key questions about your system-in-question
- Models of systems change engagement, learning, collaboration, and change process you can apply directly
- Support for the role of systems convenor and how to work in spaces across systems
- Free follow-up access to systems mapping resources
