New Programme! Supported Development programme
The Supported Development Programme is an opportunity for commissioners, and the people they work with to examine in detail twelve different themes relating to commissioning. Each theme has been identified as being specifically relevant to commissioners and the work that you do.
The aim of the programme is to deepen learning and understanding around each of these commissioning themes, supporting and challenging participants to work in new ways to deliver outcomes.
Sessions will be led by subject matter experts and use real life examples combining theory and practice. All sessions will be on-line and interactive and you can opt to participate in the sessions that feel most relevant to you – booking the whole programme or a series of stand-alone sessions.
Topics include: Outcomes thinking, understanding value, applying user-centred design in public services, problem-solving in commissioning, developing and shaping markets, relationship management, modern slavery, turning data into insights, decommissioning, and evidence based commissioning.
