Cultural Change & Digital Transformation: Chicken or Egg
This session is intended to be a very practical workshop aimed at senior and service managers that need to exploit digital in order to arrive at sustainable, affordable services in the long-term. We will look at:
- how radical cultural change is essential to realise a return on investment from digital technologies
- changing the way you engage with risk can act as an enabler for more effective and rapid change
- building better relationships with communities and residents is a powerful enabler of digital approaches
