RedQuadrant has launched The Leading Transformation programme– a blended learning resource to give you all the theory, models, tools, and learning you need to be a successful leader of public service transformation. You get deep knowledge, in easy to access media, and support to ensure these new insights and know-how are readily applied through active learning. It accredited by the Public Service Transformation Academy.
The 24 learning modules take you on a journey through all the skills needed to lead transformation, including system leadership, behavioural insight and demand management.
