The Centre for Civic Innovation at Glasgow City Council has published the seventh edition of Understanding Family Poverty in Glasgow.
Alongside the statistical picture, the work draws on lived experience and service expertise. It looks at movement into and out of poverty during the year, the groups disproportionately affected, and what the team has learned about the foundations of family life.
The accompanying public dashboard makes the underlying child-poverty data available for scrutiny. Together, the report and dashboard offer a useful model for connecting evidence with decisions about policy, services, and collective action.
