Learning through doing
More than 600 public service managers, interim transformation managers and consultants have taken part in the Service Transformation Programme in the UK and abroad.
The programme concentrates on the capability needed to deliver sustainable change. Participants work with simulations, exercises and live examples rather than treating transformation as a sequence of presentation slides.
Partnership and accreditation
The programme is delivered by Basis and accredited by the Public Service Transformation Academy. Participants build the skills to lead change through practical exercises, simulation, and application to their own work.
