What participants do
- Work on a real system issue with other participants.
- Examine purpose, power, relationships, and different perspectives.
- Practise convening, inquiry, and intervention, and review the effects of action.
Format and continuation
In-house and partnership cohorts are designed around the work, with facilitated sessions, application between sessions, and peer learning. Duration, dates, faculty, and fee are agreed for the cohort. The programme should leave participants with a shared inquiry, practical next actions, and relationships that support continued work.
